How to Request Access

To access the Publisher Portal, publishers must submit an Access Request Form for verification and approval.

Required information:
Publisher name
Official address and contact details
Website of the publishing organization
Applicant’s name, designation, and role
Official email address associated with the publisher
This information is used to verify the applicant's identity and establish a secure association between the user account and the publisher.

Verification Process

All access requests undergo a mandatory verification process to ensure only legitimate, authorized users can submit and manage journal information.

Important Guidelines
  • Access requests must be submitted by authorized publisher representatives only
  • Requests from individual editors, editorial board members, or unrelated individuals will not be processed
  • Only official email addresses of the publishing organization will be accepted
  • Requests submitted using generic email domains (e.g., gmail, yahoo, outlook, hotmail) will not be approved
  • Access may be declined if the applicant’s affiliation or authority cannot be verified

Once the Access Request Form is reviewed and approved, the account will be activated.
